Eyelash Extension Appointment Etiquette
Arriving on time for your scheduled professional eyelash extensions appointment ensures that you receive the proper love, care and attention and you will leave with gorgeous looking eyes, therefore:
Please arrive on time at your scheduled appointment, mascara and eye-make up free.
If you are unable to make an appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will try to accommodate you elsewhere. When possible please give us as much notice as possible.
Your first appointment
We respectfully ask all NEW clients to book a free eyelash consultation and patch test.
If you are a returning client and wish to book an appointment this can also be done on line and all appointments require a booking fee. We will, of course, deduct this fee from your total treatment price with the remaining balance due after your treatment has been carried out.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge.
Missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment fee.
Late Arrivals
Please understand and respect that if you are 15 minutes late, you will only be provided the allotted time left on your service. Arriving on time ensures we can comfortably complete your service and the services of other clients who arrive on schedule throughout the day.
