LVL Lash Lift Treatment
What is a Lash Lift?
"A lash lift curls your lash from base to tip so that you do not have to use eyelash curlers before applying mascara".
How is a Lash Lift Done?
Every treatment begins with a thorough consultation and patch test to determine what kind of lash style you are looking to achieve. The overall result will also be dependant on the length and density of your natural lashes.
Before we carry out the treatment, we will cleanse the eye area to remove any oil and then apply a silicone rod on the eyelid close to the upper lash. Your natural lashes will be attached to 'curl up' over the rod, and we will then use a specially formulated lifting lotion to curl your lashes and then apply a setting lotion which will hold the curl in place.
How Long Does a Lash Lift Last?
The results typically last four to six weeks, depending on how quickly your eyelashes grow. We advise not wearing mascara for 48 hours after the treatment, and to leave lashes untouched for a full day. "No makeup or water should come in contact with your lashes for 24 hours to ensure the lift correctly sets into shape, creating an eye-opening effect.
