Delivery & Returns

Lash&Browpro supplies orders are sent using the 1st Class tracked and signed for Royal Mail Service. The terms are based on Royal Mail Terms and Conditions.

We process all orders received before 14:30 on that day. Any orders received after this time will be processed the following day.

Postage costs are as follows:

 

UK

Fixed at £5.95 for first class delivery

 

EUROPE


Fixed at £8.95 for each delivery
Free if order over £200

 

INTERNATIONAL


Fixed at £12.95 for each delivery

 

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

 

Your rights under the E-Commerce Regulations [2002], Distance Selling Regulations [2000], the Sale of Goods Act 1979 which has been amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act [1994] and more recently by the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations [2002] are acknowledged.

If goods are damaged in transit claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

For refunds and exchanges the contents and quantity of the product must be returned as originally sold. That is, the original item should be returned in new condition in the original packaging.

The order number, name and address details, email and phone number should be sent with the package plus a brief description about why you are returning the product(s).

Return postage will only be refunded if the products are deemed to be faulty as defined in the Sale of Goods Act.

Lash&Browpro are unable to offer refunds for the initial postage costs of your order unless the returned products are deemed faulty.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by registered post or by special delivery. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to send a copy of your purchase receipt with the goods.

 We recommend getting adequate insurance for your return in case of loss in the post. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. Please note: Royal mail will not investigate any lost parcels until 15 working days after dispatch, 20 days for the EEA.

 As required by the regulations, refunds for cancelled and returned goods will be made as soon as possible and within 14 days of the notification of cancellation

Refunds cannot be processed to any alternate cards and will be applied to the credit or debit card used to pay for the items. Refunds cannot be made payable to anyone other than the account holder
