Unlike Strip Lashes
If you have scant or short eyelashes do you continually use mascara and eyelash curlers, have you been contemplating whether to go for eyelash extensions?
Feeling just like your own lashes, eyelash extensions provide that extra volume and length that you want. Unlike strip lashes eyelash extensions are attached to one isolated single natural lash at a time, using a medically safe adhesive manufactured using ingredients that are EU approved. The lash extension is never attached to your skin or your eyelid, it follows the natural growth of your own lashes.
Silk or Faux Mink?
Eyelash extensions at The Lash and Brow Company are provided through our Lash&Browpro division from which we supply premium quality extensions and accessories to Lash Artists all over the world. They are either silk or faux mink lashes and are almost weightless, feel and look completely natural, and are available in different lengths, thickness and curls to create your desired effect. And, of course, it’s really important to have your lashes applied by a professionally trained person, certified by Associated Beauty Therapists. Be aware that incorrect techniques can initiate side effects such as skin inflammation, the loss of lashes or create gaps between your own lashes and the extensions.
Before – Book a Free Consultation
Before the treatment, The Lash Brow Company stylist will provide a free consultation to help you decide which of the various styles are available to create a unique look for you. The stylist will also carry out a free patch test to ascertain if you’re allergic to the glue being used. For example, our Lash Master, Fi, here in Maidenhead provides a revolutionary technique originating from Russia. This latest technique is the ultimate in Lash Artistry and will give you increased volume, but at the same time will not overload or damage your natural lashes. You’re now ready to book your appointment.
After - Wake Up Looking Fantastic
Every morning it is imperative that you undertake an aftercare routine and you will wake up every morning looking fantastic. Your lash stylist will advise you what to do at your pre-consultation. For instance, avoid rubbing your eyes with a towel or sleeping face down on a pillow. She will also give advice about other beauty products which may affect your new lashes, such as liquid eyeliner or eye makeup remover. Your lash extensions will last approximately as long as your natural lash cycle — about six to eight weeks – and so book infill appointments every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain your chosen look.
